Rangamati Waterfront Resort and Picnic Center is located at Chandra in Gazipur, very close to Dhaka city and is just 45 kilometers away from the capital. Many people think that the name is Rangamati but it is not a resort of Rangamati district but the location of this resort is in Gazipur of Dhaka. Rangamati Water Front Resort is named after the village of Rangamati in Gazipur.
It is basically a special preparation for family and corporate picnics. There is a picnic center and sightseeing and cottage vacations. There are 4 picnic spots named Kamini, Jamini, Biz Field and Amphitheater. Each spot has a separate playground and cooking area. All rooms are air conditioned.

How to go there
You have to take a bus from Mohakhali or Farmgate to Chandra in Gazipur. Then take Rangamati Water Front Resort along Tangail Road by tempo or rickshaw.
