Bhawal Rajbari
The historial place Bhawal Rajbari stands on a 5 acre land in Joydebpur of Gazipur district. Although this palace was declared as Zila Parishad Bhaban in 1986, now Bhawal Rajbari is being used as the office of Deputy Commissioner. The Bhawal Rajbari is associated with the history of the reappearance of Bhawal Sannyasi Raja Ramendra Narayan 12 years after his alleged death, which is the beginning of the famous Bhawal Sannyasi case. Besides, Sannyasi Raja was made in the popular film starring Uttam Kumar around Bhawal Rajbari.
Although the construction work of this palace was started by Zamindar Laiknarayan Roy, the construction work of Raja Kalinarayan Roy was started. Finished.
